On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives with fluent German and English.
Customer Service Representative will be working as a part of a team, making and confirming reservations for passengers and travel agents, providing general information and actively selling tickets. They will provide excellent and competent customer service through the telephone in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
